WHAT THE MAGAZINE HOLDS
Creed
Energy is the measure of a man. Everything you eat, drink, breathe, and keep near you either charges the body or drains it. This magazine prints what charges it.
The body is an electrical instrument. It was tuned over ten thousand years by sun, meat, milk, fruit, salt, cold water, and company, and it still answers to them. Most of what is sold as health is interference.
Bio Electric Apollo collects the forgotten technologies of vigor: what to eat and when, how to sleep, how to breathe, what to leave alone, whom to keep close. None of it is new. All of it was known, and then it was buried under advice.
Each edition is written and assembled by Aurean in New York, printed on paper in a small numbered run, signed by hand, and given from one person to the next before it is sold to anyone.
The list hears first.
